I don't like the shoes and I want my money back?

Send an email to info@schoenenverduyn.be stating your order number and requesting your Bpost label.

Return the unworn shoes in their original packaging. Always include your return form so that we know which order it relates to.

Items will not be accepted:

if they have been worn and/or washed;
if they are damaged or if you have attempted to repair the damage yourself;
if you have not followed the instructions for use.

Items purchased in sales or outlets can also be returned to us within 14 calendar days.

Returns can also be brought to our store in Kortrijk.

We will refund the amount paid to your account within 14 working days of receiving your return.
